Port Freeport is one of the leading Texas Ports for Project Cargo and Breakbulk Operations.
Port Freeport has had a long history of handling project cargo. In 1997, the Port installed a 110 MT Gottwald Mobile Harbor Crane to assist with handling some of the high volumes of project cargo arriving to the Port. Most recently, Port Freeport entered into a public private partnership with Mammoet, so the superior service and expertise that they offer would be available to all users of the Port.
Port Freeport is ready to handle your high and heavy or long and wide cargo. Our team has over 100 years of combined experience working with vessels and terminal operators that specialize in handling and shipping, project and breakbulk cargo. We understand that every project is unique.
Our team welcomes the chance to develop a customized solution for your project or breakbulk cargo needs. If your project requires more than just unloading a ship or you need space for rigging and construction, Port Freeport can lease you outside storage space for a week, month or years.
