Celebrating 100 Years of Service to Our Community!

We invite you to a special behind-the-scenes tour of Port Freeport as part of our Centennial celebration. Tours will depart every hour, starting at 9:00 AM. Each tour is limited to 116 guests due to space and safety regulations.

Reservations are required to tour Port Freeport.  
Tours are free of charge and available on a first-come, first-served basis, but must be reserved in advance.

All guests must check in with Port Freeport staff at Port Freeport's Administration Office before the tour. Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time to allow for check-in, security screening, and boarding.

ADA-accessible transportation will be available for guests who select this option during registration. Additional accommodation requests may be submitted in the registration form. 

Important Safety & Security Requirements

To ensure a safe and secure experience for all guests, please adhere to the following rules:

Government-Issued ID Required (18+)
A valid government-issued photo ID is required for adults aged 18 and older and will be subject to security review prior to entry. 

Minors and Adult Supervision  
To ensure safety, all children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Bags & Personal Items
Backpacks, large purses, and other oversized bags are prohibited on the tour. Passengers' personal belongings will be subject to search in accordance with federal regulations.

No Carry Zone
Port Freeport is designated as a No Carry Zone. Weapons, firearms, knives, tasers, pepper spray, and other restricted items are strictly prohibited.

Security Screening
Failure to comply with security screening procedures may result in denial of entry.  

Mandatory Security Orientation
All passengers are required to complete the Port Freeport Security Orientation by reading and signing the necessary form before participating in the tour. You can print the signed Security Orientation form and bring it with you. Alternatively, forms will be available at registration when you arrive for check-in.

Photography & Video Restrictions 
Photography and video recording are strictly prohibited inside the Port. Violations may result in removal from the tour.  

Port Freeport Authority  
Port Freeport reserves the right to refuse passage or remove any passenger from the tour at any time, for any reason, to ensure safety and compliance with security requirements and regulations.

Parking 
Free parking is available at the Port Freeport Administration Building, located at 1100 Cherry Street, Freeport, TX 77541.

Arrival Time 
Passengers are advised to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to their scheduled tour time to allow for check-in and security processing.
